EcoCloud exists not merely to store knowledge but to cultivate its movement throughout the ecosystem.
CloudFeed is the constitutional mechanism through which contributions become visible, relationships are discovered and opportunities are created.
Publishing transforms individual knowledge into collective intelligence while preserving the authorship, attribution and integrity of every contribution.
Section 1 — Purpose of CloudFeed
CloudFeed shall serve as the constitutional distribution network of EcoCloud.
Its purpose is to ensure that valuable contributions are discoverable by the Members, Businesses, Offices and communities that may benefit from them.
CloudFeed exists to cultivate relationships rather than merely distribute information.
Section 2 — Publishing
Publishing is the voluntary constitutional act through which a Member chooses to share knowledge with the wider ecosystem.
Published contributions may include stories, research, innovation, opportunities, business updates, educational material, governance notices and other forms of constitutional knowledge.
Every publication strengthens the collective intelligence of EcoCloud.
Section 3 — Constitutional Attribution
Every published contribution shall preserve its original authorship.
Relationship Intelligence may discover new relationships and opportunities arising from a contribution, but it shall never remove or replace the original contributor.
Recognition remains permanently connected to the source of the contribution.
Section 4 — Relationship Intelligence
Following publication, Relationship Intelligence shall analyse constitutional contributions in order to discover meaningful relationships throughout the ecosystem.
These relationships may include Members, Businesses, Industries, Countries, Opportunities, Research, Investment, Trusted Offices and future constitutional entities.
Relationship Intelligence strengthens discovery while preserving constitutional trust.
Section 5 — Constitutional Discovery
Published knowledge shall remain discoverable beyond the moment of publication.
Older contributions may acquire new constitutional value as additional Members, Businesses and knowledge enter the ecosystem.
EcoCloud therefore recognises that the value of knowledge may increase over time.
Section 6 — Responsible Publishing
Members shall publish responsibly, truthfully and with respect for the constitutional principles established throughout this Constitution.
Contributions that intentionally deceive, manipulate or undermine constitutional trust may be reviewed through the governance processes established elsewhere within this Constitution.
Responsible publishing strengthens the credibility of the entire ecosystem.
Section 7 — Editorial Stewardship
EcoCloud may establish Editorial Stewards to assist in maintaining the quality, clarity and constitutional integrity of published knowledge.
Editorial stewardship exists to strengthen communication while preserving the voice and authorship of the original contributor.
Editors serve the ecosystem through guidance rather than ownership.
Section 8 — Constitutional Amplification
Trusted Offices, Governors and other constitutionally recognised institutions may amplify published contributions where doing so advances the constitutional purposes of EcoCloud.
Amplification shall increase visibility without altering constitutional attribution.
Amplification serves the ecosystem by extending the reach of valuable knowledge.
Section 9 — Living Knowledge Network
Every published contribution becomes part of EcoCloud's Living Knowledge Network.
Knowledge shall continuously interact with future contributions, enabling new discoveries, partnerships and opportunities without requiring the original contribution to be recreated.
The ecosystem therefore becomes progressively more intelligent through every new publication.
Section 10 — Constitutional Principle
Knowledge is contributed once.
CloudFeed shares it.
Relationship Intelligence discovers its value.
Trusted Offices amplify its reach.
Impact measures what it becomes.
CloudFeed shall remain the constitutional mechanism through which knowledge becomes relationships, relationships become opportunity and opportunity becomes measurable impact throughout the EcoCloud ecosystem.
