EcoCloud recognises that every individual contributes to society through different roles and responsibilities.
A person may participate as an individual, represent a business, serve within a Trusted Office or fulfil other constitutional responsibilities throughout the ecosystem.
These identities are distinct in purpose yet united through one constitutional membership.
Section 1 — Constitutional Identity
Every EcoCloud Member possesses one constitutional membership through which multiple identities may be established.
Each identity represents a different capacity in which the Member contributes to the ecosystem.
These identities remain connected to the same constitutional Member while preserving their individual responsibilities and purposes.
Section 2 — Personal Identity
The Personal Identity represents the Member as an individual.
It enables the Member to participate in discussions, publish personal knowledge, cultivate relationships and contribute to the constitutional growth of EcoCloud.
The Personal Identity reflects the voice of the individual.
Section 3 — Business Identity
The Business Identity represents an organisation, enterprise or commercial institution.
It exists to present verified business information, publish organisational knowledge, cultivate commercial relationships and participate within the ecosystem on behalf of the business it represents.
The Business Identity reflects the voice of the organisation.
Section 4 — Office Identity
The Office Identity represents an officially recognised constitutional appointment.
Country Governors, Regional Governors, Continental Governors, Trusted Offices and other constitutionally recognised institutions may publish and communicate through an Office Identity.
The Office Identity reflects the voice of constitutional responsibility rather than personal opinion.
Section 5 — Constitutional Responsibility
Each identity carries responsibilities appropriate to its purpose.
Members shall ensure that contributions made through an identity accurately represent the authority, organisation or office associated with that identity.
No identity shall intentionally misrepresent its constitutional authority.
Section 6 — Contribution
Every identity exists to contribute.
Stories, publications, CloudFeed updates, verified business information, research, opportunities and constitutional knowledge shall all be recognised as valuable contributions to the ecosystem.
Contribution strengthens both the Member and the collective intelligence of EcoCloud.
Section 7 — Identity Verification
EcoCloud may establish verification processes appropriate to different constitutional identities.
Verification exists to strengthen trust, improve transparency and increase confidence throughout the ecosystem.
Verification does not create constitutional superiority but provides additional confidence regarding the authenticity of an identity.
Section 8 — Relationship Intelligence
Relationship Intelligence shall recognise contributions across every constitutional identity.
Knowledge published through one identity may strengthen opportunities discovered through another identity while preserving constitutional attribution.
Relationships belong to the ecosystem while authorship remains with the contributor.
Section 9 — Constitutional Equality
Personal, Business and Office identities possess different constitutional responsibilities but remain equally valuable to the health of the ecosystem.
No constitutional identity exists above another except where specific governance responsibilities are assigned through this Constitution.
Section 10 — Constitutional Principle
One Member.
Multiple Identities.
Shared Responsibility.
Collective Contribution.
This constitutional identity framework shall guide every future development of EcoCloud and shall remain a permanent architectural principle of the ecosystem.
