Every EcoCloud ecosystem begins with a Member.
The Member is the constitutional foundation upon which identities, relationships, contributions, stewardship and governance are built.
EcoCloud recognises that meaningful contribution begins with trust, and trust begins by providing every Member with a private space from which to cultivate knowledge, relationships and purpose.
Section 1 — Membership
Membership establishes an individual's constitutional participation within EcoCloud.
Every Member shall possess equal constitutional dignity regardless of their country, profession, organisation or level of contribution.
Membership grants access to the constitutional rights and responsibilities established throughout this Constitution.
Section 2 — The Private Dashboard
The Dashboard is the Member's private constitutional workspace.
Its purpose is to assist the Member in cultivating ideas, managing identities, discovering opportunities, monitoring relationships and measuring personal impact.
The Dashboard shall not constitute a public profile and shall remain a protected personal environment.
Information presented within the Dashboard exists primarily to assist the Member rather than to represent the Member publicly.
Section 3 — Constitutional Privacy
EcoCloud recognises the constitutional importance of personal privacy.
The Dashboard shall preserve the confidentiality of private information except where disclosure is expressly authorised by the Member or required through lawful governance or constitutional obligation.
The existence of constitutional privacy encourages honest participation, thoughtful contribution and responsible stewardship.
Section 4 — Separation of Private and Public Identity
EcoCloud constitutionally distinguishes between the Member's private workspace and the Member's public contributions.
The Dashboard represents the Member's internal experience.
Published stories, CloudFeed activity, Business identities and Office identities represent the Member's outward contribution to the ecosystem.
This constitutional separation shall remain a permanent architectural principle of EcoCloud.
Section 5 — Constitutional Growth
The Dashboard exists to cultivate personal growth rather than public recognition.
Members may develop ideas, relationships, opportunities and contributions privately before choosing whether to publish them.
Every contribution remains the voluntary constitutional decision of the Member.
Section 6 — Intelligent Assistance
The Dashboard may provide constitutional guidance through Relationship Intelligence.
Recommendations, suggested relationships, opportunities, knowledge connections and ecosystem insights shall exist to assist the Member in making informed decisions.
Relationship Intelligence serves the Member; it does not replace the judgement of the Member.
Section 7 — Constitutional Ownership
Members retain ownership of their contributions subject to the licences, permissions and publication choices they voluntarily grant within EcoCloud.
EcoCloud shall respect the authorship and attribution of every constitutional contribution.
No contribution shall lose its original attribution through constitutional discovery or Relationship Intelligence.
Section 8 — Personal Responsibility
Every Member accepts responsibility for the integrity of their participation.
Members shall contribute truthfully, interact respectfully and cultivate relationships that strengthen the constitutional values of EcoCloud.
The quality of the ecosystem depends upon the quality of the contributions made by its Members.
Section 9 — Constitutional Principle
The Dashboard is private.
The Contribution is public.
Relationship Intelligence connects the two.
Trust protects both.
This principle shall remain a permanent constitutional distinction throughout every future development of EcoCloud.
Section 10 — Future Evolution
Future technological developments may expand the capabilities of the Member Dashboard provided they preserve its constitutional purpose as the Member's protected private workspace.
No future feature shall transform the Dashboard into a public profile or diminish the constitutional separation established within this Article.
