1. About EcoTech Africa

EcoTech Africa is a continental participation ecosystem powered by EcoDrop BioTech (Pty) Ltd. The platform connects stories, business profiles, industries, CloudFeed opportunities, publishers, contributors, members and country representatives across Africa.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, publishing, creating a profile, applying for opportunities, using CloudFeed or participating in EcoTech Africa, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Accounts and Participation

Users must provide accurate information when registering or participating. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity conducted through your account.

• Members may read, comment and participate according to their access level.
• Business Profile participants may create organisation or project profiles.
• Publishers may submit stories for editorial review.
• Representatives may participate in country development activities where approved.

4. Business Profiles

Business Profiles are intended to help organisations, businesses, farms, universities, NGOs, startups and projects build visibility within EcoTech Africa.

Profile owners are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, lawful and authorised. EcoTech may edit, unpublish or remove profiles that are misleading, inactive, unsuitable or harmful to the ecosystem.

5. Publishing and Content

Publishers and contributors remain responsible for the content they submit. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and grant EcoTech Africa permission to display, edit, format, promote and distribute it within the platform and related channels.

EcoTech may review, edit, reject, unpublish or remove content that is unsuitable, inaccurate, offensive, duplicated, unlawful, overly promotional or not aligned with the platform’s purpose.

6. CloudFeed and Opportunities

CloudFeed helps connect opportunities, members, countries, industries and businesses. Opportunities may be posted by members, businesses or representatives.

EcoTech Africa does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, profitability or outcome of opportunities posted through CloudFeed. Participants must conduct their own due diligence before entering into any agreement, payment, partnership or transaction.

7. Country Representatives

Country Representative status is granted at EcoTech Africa’s discretion. Representatives may receive country recognition, publishing access, training invitations and a country representative email address.

Country email addresses, dashboards, representative privileges and related country assets remain EcoTech Africa assets. They may be withdrawn, reassigned or suspended if participation ends, becomes inactive, or no longer aligns with EcoTech Africa’s requirements.

8. Payments, Participation Fees and Access

Some EcoTech services may require payment, including participation, business profiles, publishing access or representative-related participation. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as PayFast.

Access may be activated after payment confirmation. EcoTech may change participation options, pricing or benefits from time to time.

9. Acceptable Use

• Do not submit false, misleading or unauthorised information.
• Do not abuse, harass, threaten or discriminate against others.
• Do not post spam, harmful code or unlawful material.
• Do not misuse CloudFeed or representative privileges.
• Do not impersonate a person, business, country representative or organisation.

10. Platform Changes

EcoTech Africa is an evolving platform. Features, dashboards, participation tools, CloudFeed, business profile functions and representative systems may be updated, added, changed or removed as the ecosystem develops.

11. Limitation of Liability

EcoTech Africa provides a platform for participation, visibility and connection. We do not guarantee business results, funding, investment, employment, partnerships, publication, sales or representative income.
