Your Country. Your Opportunities. Your Africa. Discover EcoCloud.
🌍 You’re reading Africa’s innovation network
EcoTech is a growing space for farmers, innovators, scientists, investors and contributors building practical sustainability solutions.
Fifty-four African countries. One connected platform. A new way to discover where you belong in Africa's development.
Every African country has its own people, industries, enterprises, innovations, challenges and ambitions.
Yet across the continent, an important difficulty remains: people often do not know where to find the businesses, opportunities, knowledge and relationships that could help them participate more meaningfully in their own economies.
An entrepreneur may have a promising idea but struggle to identify potential partners. A business may offer valuable services without reaching the industries that need them. A researcher may produce useful knowledge without connecting to enterprises capable of applying it.
And many people simply want to contribute to their country's development but do not know where to begin.
EcoCloud was developed to help close these gaps.
Your country now has a place inside EcoTech Africa
Through EcoCloud, EcoTech Africa provides a dedicated digital ecosystem for each of Africa's 54 countries.
Whether you live in Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, South Africa, the Democratic Republic of the Congo or elsewhere on the continent, your country's EcoCloud page gives you a starting point for discovering national activity and potential participation.
Each Country Page brings together information and services relating to that country's economic and knowledge ecosystem.
It is not a separate website operating in isolation. Every country belongs to the same African framework, allowing local activity to become part of wider continental relationships.
Your country is your starting point. Africa is your wider opportunity.
What can you discover inside your Country Cloud?
1. Industries and business opportunities
Every African economy contains industries with potential for enterprise development, employment, innovation and investment.
EcoCloud helps visitors explore the industries connected to their country and discover participating businesses and published opportunities.
These may include agriculture, manufacturing, renewable energy, mining and resources, biotechnology, infrastructure, digital systems, food security and other sectors.
As more enterprises establish their presence and contribute, the ecosystem becomes more useful to businesses seeking suppliers, collaborators, customers and industry relationships.
Not every country will have active opportunities in every industry immediately. EcoCloud grows through genuine participation, not invented listings.
2. Businesses and enterprise visibility
A business should have the opportunity to be recognised for what it does, where it operates and how it contributes.
EcoTech Africa enables enterprises to build a platform presence, participate in relevant industries and develop relationships with other participants.
For visitors, this creates a pathway to discovering businesses associated with their country's ecosystem.
For entrepreneurs and business owners, it provides a foundation for becoming more visible within a developing African enterprise network.
Identity validation and enterprise verification support the platform's approach to trust and accountability.
3. National news and African knowledge
Your Country Cloud is also a place to discover information.
Country Pages bring together current news, published EcoTech stories, industry knowledge and developments relevant to the national ecosystem.
Africa Upfront and other EcoTech publications can contribute to this knowledge network by connecting articles to the countries they concern.
An article discussing trade between Ghana and Kenya, for example, can be discovered through both countries' pages while remaining one original publication.
This makes African knowledge easier to explore through the places, industries and relationships it concerns.
4. Projects, innovation and collaboration
Africa's development depends on people who do more than observe.
Researchers, innovators, professionals, entrepreneurs and community participants all possess capabilities that may be valuable to others.
EcoTech Africa provides pathways for submitting innovations, publishing knowledge, discovering opportunities and participating in authorised projects and collaborative work.
Where suitable projects or opportunities are available, participants can explore how their experience and capabilities may contribute.
A valuable idea should not be overlooked simply because its creator lacks access to established networks.
5. Connections beyond national borders
Some of Africa's most promising commercial relationships begin between two countries.
A Ghanaian processor may seek a Kenyan distribution partner. A South African technology company may find opportunities to collaborate with a business in Zambia. A Nigerian innovator may have a solution relevant to several African markets.
EcoCloud is designed to support the discovery of these relationships.
By connecting national ecosystems within a shared framework, EcoTech Africa aims to make it easier for people and enterprises to recognise opportunities that extend beyond their immediate location.
This aligns with the broader ambitions of the African Continental Free Trade Area and Agenda 2063: stronger African participation, economic integration and value creation.
What can you do when you arrive?
You do not have to begin with a large investment, an established enterprise or a formal leadership position.
You can begin by exploring.
Visit your Country Cloud. Discover your country's profile, current developments, participating businesses, published knowledge and available opportunities.
Establish your presence through EcoTech Kaya. Create your participation identity and follow the relevant validation process.

Approved partners may qualify for a 40% share of attributable qualifying portfolio revenue, subject to the terms of their agreements. Application alone does not confer partner status or entitlement.
Africa in the Making: From information to participation
The purpose of EcoCloud is not simply to attract visitors to fifty-four national pages.
It is to create an environment in which African information becomes useful knowledge, knowledge supports relationships, and relationships can develop into meaningful economic and social participation.
A Country Page becomes more valuable when a business joins, an innovator contributes, a publisher shares useful research, or an industry participant identifies an opportunity.
Every genuine contribution helps develop the national ecosystem.
And as national ecosystems become more connected, the wider African network becomes stronger.
Africa does not need to wait until every system is perfect before its people begin working together.
It needs credible starting points, responsible participation and the determination to turn possibilities into practical outcomes.
